The 3rd PDM Degree Holder, Brazao

On March 21, 2025, the Kansai University Graduation Ceremony was held at the Senriyama Campus.

Mr. Brazao Mendes Mario Domingos from Mozambique received his degree from the President, Dr. Tomoyuki Takahashi as the third recipient of the Ph.D. in Disaster Management (PDM).
The title of his doctoral dissertation is "Making the Community-based Early Warning System Work: A Case Study of CBEWS for Flood Evacuation in the Licungo River Basin in Mozambique."
His research was supervised by Prof. Dr. Shingo Nagamatsu from the Graduate School of Societal Safety Sciences.

PDMの学位取得者の3番目の方として、2025年3月21日 ブラザオン　メンデス　マリオ　ドミンゴス（Brazao Mendes Mario Domingos）さんが高橋智幸学長より学位記を授与されました。
PDMにおける博士論文の論題は"Making the Community-based Early Warning System Work
－ A Case Study of CBEWS for Flood Evacuation in the Licungo River Basin in Mozambique"です。　

指導教授は永松伸吾教授です。
